Little League Opening Day!

Please join us this Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the South Mercer Baseball Fields for Little League Opening Day! We are kicking off the day bright and early with a Homerun Derby starting at 8:30am, followed by the Parade of Teams at 11am. Please join us for a fun morning to celebrate the season!

About the Event
Below is a schedule for the day:
Saturday, April 26th – South Mercer Baseball Fields
8:30-10:30am – Player Pitch Homerun Derby! Come watch AAA, Coast and Majors players hit balls over the fence on South Mercer Field 3. Pre-registration is required at this link (registration closes at midnight on Thursday, 4/24).
9:30-10:30am – A/AA Homerun Derby! Our younger players get the chance to show their stuff on South Mercer Field 2. First come, first serve! Collect a special treat after you round the bases.
10:30-10:50am – Parade Line-up. Rock your uniform and meet your team on the turf field (Soccer South) between South Mercer 3 and Islander Middle School to line up for the Parade of Teams. (See attached map)
11:00-11:45 AM – Parade of Teams & Ceremony! Players and coaches will parade into Field 3 for the Opening Day Ceremony. All non-parent coaches should watch from the stands.
