Help us congratulate our PLAYERS OF THE WEEK! These players were chosen for their sportsmanship since the season started, their resiliency in difficult situations, and their overall positive impact on their teams. Each player will receive a free slice from Pagliacci's and a Player of the Week certificate. Keep up the great work!

Will Schmies, Mariners (Majors)
Will has been a clutch teammate, stepping up to rally the team in pivotal moments. He’s shown true grit and resilience, especially in how he bounced back after a tough outing on the mound. Whether leading by example, competing hard, or supporting others, Will consistently makes a strong impact as a leader, player, and teammate.

Charlie Gregory, Orioles (Coast)
Charlie has throughout the season always been very supportive of his teammates showing he cares deeply about them as players. This was exemplified two weeks ago when he was catching a game. After the opposing player swung and missed a couple of times he stood up and helped him with his bat grip in the middle of the at bat. Nice to see this type of sportsmanship.

Caden Sussex, Pirates (AAA)
Caden has been one of the AAA Pirate’s MVP’s this season. A great pitcher, fielder, and hitter, Caden can do it all! He’s also a wonderful teammate and will play any position he’s asked to play to help his team. Great job, Caden!

Hadley Hall, Blazing Chickens (AAA Softball)
Hadley consistently shows up to practice with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Her dedication is starting to shine through in her performance, and she continues to grow as a player each week. Hadley's resilience and team-first mindset make her a standout teammate and a deserving Player of the Week.

Jasper Moon, Red Sox (AA)
Jasper has done a great job listening and implementing what he learns. He did an awesome job on the base paths this week. He waited to see if the ball was caught before he advanced to the next base two times and took second base when the other team wasn't paying attention. He implemented exactly what we taught the team this week!

Mac Graham, Orioles, (AA)
Mac shows up to practices and games with a smile on his face and a “ready to get better” attitude. He listens well to coaches and is a positive teammate. His joy for the game is infectious. Great job Mac! Keep up the great work!

Calder Smith, River Dogs (Sluggers)
Resiliency speaks to perseverance, adaptability, and the ability to grow through challenges, and working with Calder so far this season has been awesome. His participation and team spirit are contagious. His determination and positivity make coaching not just easier, but genuinely rewarding. Having him on the field and the Riverdogs makes everyone better.

Audrey Portillo, Hooks (Sluggers)
Audrey is always bringing her infectious enthusiasm and focus to the Hooks. She works hard to get better and has fun doing it. It is a pleasure having her on the team.

Georgia Granbois, River Bandits (T-Ball)
Georgia shows up ready to work every game and practice—she runs hard, listens well, and consistently improves. Her positive attitude sets the tone for the team. Elle apporte toujours de la bonne énergie — sur le terrain et en dehors!
